The data covered by the license can be freely used in any way, provided that the source of the data is mentioned: the name of the licensor and the name of the data.

Terms of use for other data

Some data distributed by Syke are subject to specific restrictions of use. All use and access restrictions can be found from dataset’s metadata description or within specific data system or web map service.

Liability terms

The Finnish Environment Institute strives for providing error-free information continuously in the service. The user uses the service and the information contained therein at their own risk, and Syke is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused, for example, by errors or omissions in the service or its content, the use of the material, third-party claims, interruptions in operation, changes in the content of the material, the termination of system maintenance, or the fact that the service does not work or is not suitable for a particular purpose.
